5-htp quality sources please?

I have just started taking 5-htp, I find it wonderful, I take 100mg am and 100mg in the evening so it works out expensive per month. The present brand I have is Higher nature, to take these would cost me approx $40.00 per month. I am on a budget like most off us but I want cost effective but a quality brand. I looked at PrimaForce and Doctors Best, I've tried Solgar but that has VALERIAN in it and that combination doesn't work with me. Has any body got any good advise.
